Chardonnay
Of clear yellow color with green hues and intense aromas of pineapple, peach, banana and hints of vanilla. In the palate this Chardonnay shows fresh fruit flavors with a crisp acidity, a creamy texture and a balanced finish.
Varietals: 100% Chardonnay.
Agings: 30% aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Cellar recommendation: 3 years.
Winemaker: Marcelo Bocardo.
Vineyards: 20 years old vineyards in Medrano – Junín (at 2,296 ft asl), Mendoza.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvest. Fermented in small concrete vats with indigenous yeasts. Unfined.
malbec
Bright red color with purple hues. Enticing aromas of red fruit, cherries and plum. Medium bodied with a velvety texture and a long, persistent finish, revealing its full potential.
Varietals: 100% Malbec.
Age of the vineyards: 10 años.
Agings: Un-oaked.
Cellar recommendation: 3 years.
Service: 16-19 ºC.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep red color with ruby sparkles. Aromas of blackberries and pepper with notes of cherries. A great fullness in the mouth with a mixture of red fruits, spices, sweet tannins and a harmonious finish.
