Intense violet-red color with aromas of ripe redand blackberries. In the palate the wine is silky with soft and velvety tannins. Its lasting notes of cherries and blackberries, vanilla and chocolate give this wine a long finish.

Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.

PROCESO DE VINIFICACIÓN: Cosecha manual en cajas plásticas de 18kg de capacidad. Selección de racimos y granos. Fermentación y maceración en pequeñas vasijas de concreto (60hl) con levaduras nativas. Remontajes 4/día – Delestage 2. Duración aproximadamente 25 días con Temperaturas que oscilan los 23-25ºC. Fermentación maloláctica natural. Decantación natural y embotellado sin filtrar.
