This outstanding blend is the result of the ripe fruit from Malbec, the aromatic complexity and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon and the personality of Petit Verdot.
This exceptional blend is the result of the maturity and the red color of Malbec, the aromatic complexity of Cabernet Sauvignon and the personality of Petit Verdot. Its aging in French oak barrels improves and balances this blend making it a great wine.
Varietals: 50% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Petit Verdot
Age of the Vineyards: 10 years.
Aging: 8 months in French oak barrels.
Cellar recommendation: 3-4 years.
Servicio: 16-19 ºC.
Winemaket: Marcelo Bocardo.
Vinyards: Maipú, Russell (800msnm) – 11 years – Organic sustainable vineyard
VINIFICATION: Manual harvest. Selection of bunches and grains. Fermentation and maceration in small concrete vessels with native yeasts. Natural fermentation. Natural decantation and bottled without filtering.
